Tips for Parents:

Give everything a name

Build your child's vocabulary by talking about interesting words and objects. For example, "Look at that airplane! Those are the wings of the plane. Why do you think they are called wings?"

Welcome to St. Peter's Lutheran Preschool!  St. Peter's Lutheran Preschool is sponsored by St. Peter's Lutheran Church and governed by St. Peter's Preschool Board to assist parents in helping their children develop needed understandings, attitudes and scholastic skills in keeping with their level of maturity and to give their life a Christian direction.

While the home is the foremost and most influential instrument for early childhood training, St. Peter's assists parents by providing a structured, Christian loving environment for learning, growing, and giggling.

Home and Preschool unite in a common effort to provide experiences in and outside the home, accompanied by appropriate opportunities, encouragement, and wise adult guidance to help the child develop and practice the skills needed for living with others.
