LICENSE

St. Peter's Lutheran Preschool is licensed by the Division of Child Day Care Licensing (DCDCL), Bureau of Regulatory Services, State of Michigan

 

ADMINISTRATION

St. Peter's Lutheran Preschool is administered by the St. Peter's Preschool Board.

 

STAFF

The teaching staff meet or exceed the minimum standards required by the DCDCL in that they hold Bachelor's degrees or additional college credit beyond the Associate's degree required by the State.  Additionally, all staff members are trained in infant and child Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation, first aid, and prevention of communicable diseases.

All teachers and aides have experience working in an early childhood environment.

 

CLASS SIZE

Class sizes and required personnel meet the requirements established by the DCDCL.  The school is licensed for 46 students at one time. The five year-old classes are limited to up to 14 students, four year-old classes are limited to up to 16 students, three year-old classes are limited to up to 10 students, and the young threes are limited to up to 6 students per session.
